Services / Second-source manufacturing in Türkiye
Build a second supply option before you need it.
When a second source makes sense
A sole supplier may meet today’s needs while leaving little room for a capacity change, a new market or a delayed production run. A second-source assignment creates an alternative you can assess before moving any orders. It is also useful when a new product variant does not fit your current manufacturer’s equipment or minimum quantities.
Begin with the product you already buy
Share a specification or drawing you are entitled to disclose, annual demand, typical order size, material and finish requirements, destination and current lead time. Identify which details are fixed and where an equivalent may be acceptable. Sensitive supplier names are not needed for an initial discussion.
Qualification comes before an order
We identify candidate manufacturers and compare the relevant production capability, MOQ, sampling terms, pricing, payment terms and available capacity. A quote alone does not establish interchangeability. Samples, tolerances, packaging and any required testing should be agreed before a pilot order.
Decide how the alternative will be used
Your second supplier could cover a particular product, overflow capacity or a limited trial. We coordinate sample feedback and the agreed follow-up; you approve the supplier and any purchase commitment. Availability and performance must be assessed for the actual assignment, not assumed from a supplier listing.
What you receive
The agreed scope can include a candidate comparison, questions requiring clarification, sample coordination and a proposed next step. We do not promise that a matching manufacturer exists for every specification or that an alternative will always be cheaper. The objective is a commercially usable option.
