Services / Boutique hotel procurement from Türkiye
Source for the way your hotel will operate.
An operator’s view of the brief
Our team operated three boutique hotels for seven years. That experience informs the questions we ask about replacement needs, cleaning, storage, opening dates and guest-facing quality. An attractive sample must also work for the people who will use and maintain it every day.
Turn the room concept into a purchasing schedule
Start with room count, room types, shared spaces, drawings and the intended opening date. List quantities by area and distinguish furniture and fixtures from items such as linen, towels and tableware. Include spare quantities where your operating plan calls for them; these should be a deliberate decision rather than a late addition.
Coordinate complementary categories
We can help source furniture, hotel textiles, lighting, tableware, silverware, natural stone and decorative products within an agreed scope. Different categories have different sampling, manufacturing and packing requirements. A consolidated schedule helps expose dependencies between approvals and production.
Approve what matters before the full order
Confirm dimensions, finishes, textile specifications and product suitability with the selected supplier. For a repeating room scheme, reviewing a sample or mock-up before a full batch can help identify practical issues. Required product testing and destination requirements must be specified for the project.
Plan beyond the opening shipment
Ask about repeat availability, replacement pieces, care instructions and packing identification. We coordinate supplier communication and agreed shipment steps; installation and on-site works must be separately defined. You retain approval over products, suppliers and commercial commitments.
