OUR APPROACH
A clear sequence.
Decisions stay with you.
We organize the sourcing work and supplier follow-up. You approve the commercial and product decisions at the points that matter.
01 / DEFINE
Start with a usable brief.
We clarify the product, specifications, quantities, target budget, destination and desired delivery date. Reference images, drawings and existing offers help make the brief precise.
Before moving forward: agree the tasks, deliverables, service fee and any third-party activities needed.
02 / COMPARE
Evaluate suppliers on the same basis.
We identify suitable manufacturers, request offers and compare material, pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and production capabilities. If you have an existing supplier, we use your current terms as a commercial benchmark.
Your decision: choose the suppliers and products to take into sampling or detailed negotiation.
03 / APPROVE
Confirm the details before production.
We coordinate samples and feedback, clarify order specifications and follow the agreed production schedule with the selected suppliers.
Your decision: approve samples, specifications and commercial terms before an order commitment. Changes during production are brought back for review.
04 / COORDINATE
Prepare the order for its journey.

We coordinate the inspection, packing, consolidation, export documentation and freight steps included in your assignment. Destination responsibilities and any third-party services are clarified for the shipment.
Before dispatch: review the available inspection findings and shipment details, and resolve any outstanding decisions with the supplier.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Can we start with one product or an existing supplier?
Yes. An assignment can focus on a single category, quote comparison or coordination with an existing supplier. The scope is agreed around the support you need.
Do you sell from a fixed catalogue?
Our service is brief-led sourcing and procurement coordination. Product availability, specifications and prices are confirmed with the selected manufacturers.
What is the minimum quantity?
There is no single quantity across all products. Manufacturer minimums are checked for your specification and presented with the offers.
How do fees and delivery dates work?
The service fee is agreed before work starts. Product, sample and shipment costs are clarified separately. Delivery planning depends on the product, supplier capacity, approvals and transport route.
Who makes the final purchasing decisions?
You approve the supplier, sample, specifications and order terms. We provide the comparison and coordinate the agreed follow-up.
